No feedback

I received an sms that my medical aid only paid a portion of the blood test and that I am liable to pay the difference which I paid and emailed the proof of payment of the 17th of Oct and requested for confirmation that the account has been settled in full. To date I am still waiting for confirmation they were quick to sms me, but now that I've paid it's a hassle. I need this resolved today.
