It's people like this that give accountants a bad name!

They made a stupid mistake on their claim to my medical aid, which I told them about when they followed up for payment MONTHS later. Account wasnt paid however, because they didn't fix their mistake and resubmit. Now they want me to pay legal fees. The actual service was ok, but their accounts department seems like a complete mess, not the brightest bunch, in ANY sense of the word.
