Human resource in vermaak pathcare pretoria pathetic

I wud like to inform the ceo of pathcare vermaak and partners jan Vermaak of the negligence and unprofessional manner in which my resignation was handled.I resigned end of january 2020 on the last week of my notice i then sent an email too our HR manager Hanno Steenkamp asking him if there are any resignation documents i need too sign be i leave he did not replying me .I then left Vermaak after a week i then emailed him again only too find out he was on leave sent him and email again but did not respond i then tried calling him but he was always busy and never got back too me i then called him on 26 03 2020 too ask what was happening with my pension he told me he forgot and thar he was on leave its been too months now .when i asking who can i speak too too report this he told me there is no one i can call all need too do is fill in the forms and send them i am so disappointed can something be done about this thank u
