Harrased for Pathcare mistakes

DR WJH VERMAAK INCPractice No : ***VAT Registration Number:*** Abusive behavoir from handing me over and finding out again that their process to acquire approvals or details is incomplete from this institute. Every call made to after months with no communication is treating me like a ********. They dont have practice numbers for claims so they hand me over. They capture the wrong codes for claims to medical, then they want to hand me over. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH PATHCARE AGAIN and if this continues I will go to lawyers and lay a charge against the wrong process they have put me and my wife through. STOP getting it wrong and do the right thing. Im dealing with one too many people where a leader from pathcare hasnt been assigned to sort this out.
