Handed over Lack of correspondence

So after a year, I get a call from Lexmed, informing me of an overdue account for blood tests. Ironically, about a month after I paid for other blood tests, which I didnt even get an account for. Now the account is handed over to Lexmed for collection and interest being charged. After struggling for months to eventually get a copy of the invoice, I only get a statement. After reviewing the invoice, I mailed Lexmed with a settlement amount, to which I still have not received any response. Forwarded the mail again...still no response. In the meantime, I get weekly sms and the interest is growing. I now have no alternative than to forward all my correspondence to the Consumer Council and the NCR. I have already contacted them both in order to handle the matter
