falsely informed

14/10/2015 - I was a patient in casualty at Parkland Hospital, the Dr on call requested bloods test to be done, as the Sr. (Charmaine) came to draw blood I CLEARLY INFORMED her that my medical aid savings is depleted, and that I wound like to do it privately as private patients get a 35% discount. She told me that NO WORRIES even if your medical aid does not pay for it you still qualify within 30 days. Well it quite sounded too good to be true, and I went to inquire at their offices in springs, which a lady (Chantelle) told me the same story. Just to find out today that no I have to settle the whole amount in full. all response I get back is you can at least get a chance to pay it off monthly. WHY???? if they have done it privately I could have paid it cash once off as I've ASKED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! NEVER EVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN, AS WELL AS ADVISE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICES.
