Dissatisfaction with service.

This is the worst company to use.They conduct tests without your medical aids authorization.They submit claims with wrong codes and when not paid due to this they start harassing you.They refuse to obtain the correct codes and want you to do it.They are arrogant and cut calls on you.Despite receiving medical aid correspondence from me depicting that the matter is being attended to they continue with their harassment via calls,sms's and emails.I do not need this kind of stress in my life.I have informed my family,relatives,friends and acquaintances to refrain from using this company in future and I advise that people be wary of using this company.
