Bad bad experience at Pathcare louis leipoldt

I took my son for a swab test he is only 2 years and 6months old.The Sister that administered the test had no patience and she was extremely unfriendly.Not polite at all .Just in a hurry.My son cried and turned purple in the face and the assisting nurse had to tell her to stop and wait.I am extremely disappointed in this service.This was my first time using Pathcare Vermaak (Louis leipoldt) for my son.But I will never use their services again not while that Sister is there.This is extremely disappointing.I wrote a review at the depot today 03/06/26.I don’t know if the review/complaint has been put in the system. Hence me writing this online review.
