Path24 Laboratory

Absolutely terrible service from Path24 Laboratory. I have been asking for my invoice for almost three weeks so that I can forward it to my workplace, and despite repeatedly following up and providing my contact details, I still haven’t received it. It should not take nearly three weeks to send a simple invoice. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. I keep having to chase them for something that should have been provided without all this effort. For a laboratory, I expected much better professionalism and efficiency. Three weeks and still no invoice is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Path24 based on this experience.
