Can only refund on month ends - ya right

I wait every year for 6 months after long and many emails to and thro before I get back the R1000 I paid cash on day one, then was deposited in their accounts by Discovery (by mistake) anyway the next week after my consultation - HAVE to pay R1000 cash deposit with consultation they say - no problem, but why then having to wait and fight 6 months for it every time I dont get...
