Repair paid for but appliance has not been fixed

Please do not use this company!!!<br> We were asked to pay for the repair for our TV which we did and they have been giving us the run around. Our TV is not repaired and they promised to refund us which they haven't done and they are ignoring our calls!!! Worst customer service ever!!!
