Patech Construction and Plumbing- *****ulent Behaviour & Malicious Damage to Property
We Signed an agreement with Patech Construction and Plumbing owned by Patrick Mushayavanhu. He insisted we pay for all materials and would pay labour costs as they complete each milestone. We had a very bad experience where they damaged many items in our house - which they assured us they would repair once they complete the work they had signed up for, including breaking a whole toilet system and unit. They took money for roofing material in April 2026 and did not deliver any of it. Instead they disappeared- switched off phones and even avoided the police after we opened a case of malicious damage of property. I would urge anyone who interacts with with man or this entity to be vigilant and know they have de*****ed other clients and even people they subcontract to do work.
