terrible service

<p>I am very upset as I write this post.</p> <p>The treatment I got from the manager at this place was beyond disgusting.</p> <p>We ordered tripe from the menu and didn't enjoy at all because it had sand then I ask to speak to him so I can make him aware of this issue.</p> <p>He came to my table and I told him what my issue is. Firstly he didn't even have the decency to apologise and then he went on to be on his phone while I was talking to him. I the brought it to his attention that I didn't appreciate what he was doing and even after that he didn't apologise, instead he went on to tell me that he won't beg me and if I wanted to leave then I should that.</p> <p>How rude of him to talk to me like that when I brought in business. A table of 8 people had to leave the resturant because of this treatment.</p> <p>I really didn't appreciate his attitude and his rudeness and I would like something to be done about this.</p> <p>the manager's name id Sicelo</p>
