Bad service and attitude

We visited Patapata restaurant for lunch. We arrived at 15:00. We ordered drinks and food. Our drinks were brought and food took forever to be brought to our table. We made the manager (Sihle ) aware of the delay who apologised but didn't seem interested in our complain. We then complained to Tidimalo who apologised. After an hour and 10 minutes of waiting for our food and complaining, only then did we get our food. The veggies were cold, we didn't have sauces on our table. Thandeka never bothered to check on us let alone bring us sauces. We then asked for our bill which took long and when we were ready to pay, the speedpoint was not available. Thandeka never came to apologised or came to let us know why there was a delay. We even had to ask another waiter to assist us. We then asked for Thandeka and Sihle who didn't show any remorse or even apologise for the bad attitude. We were looked down on and belittled. I will never visit or recommend restaurant to anyone who I know...
