I brough a car from Pat Hinder Toyota Boksburg- Dunswart a month ago - already I had two mechanical break down with the car. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from such a brand, when I bought the car they had assumed me that the car was in perfect condition, never mind it was a pre-owned. I got the car on 52km.

I was ****med by Totoya. The most annoying part is that they when they took my car for repairs, they said they repaired the broken part, however the car only drove for a week then I got a breakdown again. I am so heartbroken and disappointed of the service received. This car has always been my dream car since 2018.........

Please be aware of such and I would advise and definitely not recommend that you purchase from Toyota especially when it comes to pre-owned cars.

Hope Toyota South Africa can see this message and intervene. I have sent the sales consultant an email requesting that they give me another car equivalent to the value of my car or re-imburse me the cash.

Customers please be aware of such and be very diligent.......
