Bad service

Today I sent in my car for a service, was informed to bring it any time between 6:30 and 9:00am, I arrived there at 7:35am, they took it in which was all well, my biggest problem started when an sms was sent to me saying my car will be ready at 15:30pm and a driver will be sent to me to collect me, at 16:00pm I still wasn’t picked up and when I called the service department to speak to the lady that was dealing with my car Christa Nkosi she said the driver is on the way, 30 min later there’s no driver, I call the service department only to find that no one is answering any of their lines, I then decided to call Elize Lombaard the lady that sold me my car and only then did I get help, Christa said to me that the driver’s phone is off but he is on his way to me, I mean really how will he get ahold of me if his phone is off? The driver called me at 16:45pm saying he’s outside mind you the service department closes at 5pm now I must be rushed there to collect my car.

I experienced the worst service ever, when I arrived there there were 5 other customers waiting to collect their cars and no one had the decency to apologize for the horrific experience I had not even Christa herself.

I will not recommend Toyota Boksburg to any one I know!
