Disappointing Pat

I ordered my wigs and waited longer than the promised time. When I finaaally got my wigs, I was so disappointed. I received 2 of the same wigs where else I ordered 2 different wigs. When I enquired she just told me "I'm sorry about that". After waiting a week for her reply she expect me to fix the problem that was caused by her. She takes no responsibility at all. She doesn't care at all.
