Old food served and unpleasant dessert

Went to Pastachios on the 25 July 2015 with my partner and mom for an early supper as I have been here before and really loved the food.<br> I ordered a Lamb Shank for myself and when I received it I noticed the lamb was very hard and dark already(it was clearly old as I have had it there before and it is not suppose to look like that or taste like it did), my partner ordered some fish dish and he said the fish was not very pleasant. We than stayed for desserts and my partner ordered the Panna Cotta Chocolate dessert and found a piece of stainless steel in it (probably from a goldilocks), my Creme Brulee was very cold and only slightly warm on the top and my moms coffee was received slightly warm. She asked the waiter to warm it up for her and it still was not hot. What upset me the most was that after all that especially the stainless steel incident the manager did not even have the decency to come to us and apologies for it. Really bad service for such a lovely place that I loved going to at first. Do not think I will be returning.
