Glass pieces found

I opened a packet of the pasta grande` and was cooking it. When I dished up the pasta I saw something shiny and after picking it out, I saw it was Glass. I went through the whole pot of pasta to find another piece. There's one big piece and another small piece. I have photos of the packet I used and the glass piece
