What has happened to Passports4U good service?

After previously having used Elle with really fantastic service I'm sorry to say that my current use of Passports4u has been terrible. I have been trying to get my document from Elle since December and still no joy. All that has to be done is for the document to be sent to a Postnet near me. I've asked for my money back but let's see if that happens.....
