Very angry and sad

I am very worried and sad that Elle had not rep**** to my numerous emails. I app**** and paid R2850 in March 2020. This feels like I have been ****med and not sure who I can report this too. It cost me R2100 to send my copies and application to her and now they wish to ignore us. This does not feel right and we have to stop this or get our money back. I am at my wits end. :(
