Passports4U- Unreliable

I contacted Passports4U and was referred to Docs4U. I was given false information, mislead and **** to constantly during the months dealing with Docs4U. I missed my submission deadline as the documents were not ready on time even though being assured that 3 months is plenty of time for them to procure the documents as they only need 20 days max. I was extremely disappointed with the referral to Docs4U as I have used Passports4U in the past and referred family and friends to them. I was offered a refund, but was then questioned about getting refunded when I followed up with them. I have still not received the refund for the service I did not receive. The documents were delivered, however they were late and with mistakes on them- not the service I was guaranteed, that I paid a fortune for.
