Passports4U came through
The reality of emigrating is that it is a scary and stressful process. Thus, it is often easy to forget something or make a mistake, such as a vital document in my case. File complete, I was two weeks away from my biometrics and scanning appointment. I then joined an emigration group, and to my horror discovered I had the incorrect birth certificates. Hitting panic stations, I asked around if there was anyone who could assist with my crisis. A number of people recommended Ellé Bond from Passports4U, stating she was a “magician” and “able to get documents in record time”.
Knowing full well the going rate for this service, I contacted Ellé immediately. We discussed the best and quickest options, and she was able to give me comfort in saying she could get the documents within ten days. Having not app**** through Home Affairs for the documents, we requested that Ellé do everything for us. That same day she emailed through a detailed description of the process, what we should include for Home Affairs and the papers we needed to fill out and post back to her.
To no surprise, Home Affairs was “encountering issues” in locating the older birth certificate. Ellé suggested that we re-register the birth, in order to apply pressure. Within three working days she was able to get both vault birth certificates!
I was absolutely blown away by the efficiency, as I was expecting the ten days. Throughout the process, Ellé was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring, which was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend her.
