I would like to extend my sincere apologies to Elle and her team, for me not being patient, during this global crisis that have affected services beyond their control. Thankfully Elle reached out to me and I realised that she was not going to let me down. Lucky for me, Elle and her team have hearts of gold and in a heart beat I felt in awe of what great character they have displayed, despite the fact that I complained. I thank God for sending Elle and her team my way, what a blessing. Two days later, Elle worked her magic and they had my birth certificate. I don't know how I will ever be able to thank Elle and her team. The important life lesson for me was to have a little faith and trust that Elle with her caring demeanor is a person of her word. I will do business over and over again with Elle and her team, as they have gone above and beyond and providing that human touch. Thank You #LoveandRespect
