Highly Disappointed!!!!

I am not someone that name and shame other people, but we are highly disappointed in Elle and her services after paying up front for services last year December already and not cheap, she could not deliver on her service and till today struggling to get our refund back after numerous attempts and follow ups and just excuse after excuse even now got to a point she does not even reply back, so think twice before you use them.
