Frustratingly poor communication
I will start by saying that I do believe, rightly or wrongly, that Elle's heart is generally in the right place, however my impression is that she has taken on way more than she can handle. This leads to extremely poor communication, having to beg for feedback, receiving contradictory and conflicting information (which it turns out is because her mom is replying to her emails with no indication that you're speaking to a different person who doesn't know what's going on), and a generally poor customer experience. In terms of what was actually requested, I needed help expediting two unabridged marriage certificates that I had already app**** for. Home Affairs said 3-6 months, and after securing Elle's services, I received the first in just under 3 months. There was a problem with the second cert which she was unable to assist with (despite saying she would - more frustration) and I dealt with Home Affairs directly to resolve this in the end. Some people seem to have had extremely positive experiences, which is great, but I would advise caution as she appears to be woefully overextended, and you pay upfront.
I dealt with Ashwin at Home Affairs directly to receive the second certificate, it was not due to your efforts, whatever your "contact" may have told you. You didn't even reply to my last email about it, which is why I reached out to Home Affairs head office (which I should have just done in the first place, clearly) - as always, I was promised feedback in a day or two and heard nothing, so sorted it myself. But I did thank you for expediting the first one when I received it, and I will do so again here if that helps. I'm sorry you feel it's slander, perhaps if you had responded to my emails or answered any of my phone calls, and simply apologised for the poor communication, this post wouldn't have been necessary. Given that others have gone as far as to say they feel ****med, communication is obviously a weak point in the business model, so consider this constructive criticism rather than "slander."

Let me start off by saying I am so so sorry - I do understand your point and thank you for making me aware of my challenges.
I wish you only good fortune and Gods grace!
