Words cannot express how elated I am....

8 weeks ago I contracted an agent to assist with my birth certificate, after being promised I would receive this document in a week. Three weeks later I contracted a second agent who promised me 72 hours. All the while I had to phone continuously to check the status of my application. Attempting this the third time round, I got hold of Elle Bond from Passports4u.

ON THE DAY I send in my application with proof of payment, I received a notification on SMS that Home Affairs was processing my paperwork. Elle promised 10 working days I would have my UBC. In 6 days it was ready!!!

Further to this, Elle has managed to ALSO locate my vault birth certificate - a complete miracle because we were informed of Home Affairs losing my paperwork.
