Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing experience during a trying time for me and my wife . I employed the services of Elle at Passports4u to expedite certificates for me as I’m looking to immigrate and be with my wife. Passports4u came highly recommended and I thought nothing of it to choose her over many other similar services being offered. Initially during the beginning stages the communication was great . As soon as they had all my details and documents that were outstanding were given to them, I heard nothing . I emailed Allet who I dealt with initially on email and later tried to get into contact with Elle on WhatsApp . Eventually I got an answer from Elle to say she will check on the status . Once again empty promises . I gave her plenty of time to come back to me even though I needed the docmuments ASAP. On the information page supp**** by them they state that it will generally take 10 working days to get documents but in the event there’s a delay they go to plan B . None of that ever came to fruition as I was left with nothing . I received one document from home affairs but I can’t even confirm if it was the companies doing or just the general waiting time. It was over month when I sent her a message pleading with her to get back to me. I finally got a reply only to be told that they are swamped and she will enquire with home affairs. In my dissatisfaction I gave her an opportunity even though she should have seen to this weeks ago. She got back to me the following week to say I needed to send another document as the copy was bad. I did that and waited another month and nothing . Left with nothing and a wife waiting for me in another country broken because we can’t be together I happened upon a contact number from the presidents office and asked them to help me. Within 2 days I got my certificate . This is my story and I hope to inform people that they should think carefully before considering this company . I may have been the unlucky one but it’s been a traumatic experience for us as a family . I always see the best in people and I give everyone a fair chance . I’ve sent communications to them stating that they owed me at least half of my money back as they’ve not followed through with their service but true to form I’ve heard nothing back. I wouldnt ever recommend them.
