Disappointing Service

I’m a bit sorry to leave this review after such great service several years ago. I tried using Elle last year for an unabridged marriage and birth certificate for my mom (2019) for which I paid up front (R4280).

Elle was her usual friendly self, but after 6 months or more of back and forth this was never resolved. After recently asking for a refund, she said she would but acted as if she was acting “on faith” even though she could verify the amount was paid. Ultimately, I never received the refund.

I suspect that there are life circumstances at play, however I can’t in good faith recommend this service to anyone else.
