World Health Passport ****!!!

I registered on World Health Passport APP and submitted all the necessary documents. It has been more than six (6) weeks and numerous requests to them but with ABSOLUTELY no progress or feedback. This looks like a ****. Can anybody advise regarding this ****!!!!!!
