This company makes promises they don't keep.

They get u to use them by making promises. Promised to have passports within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks they say 4 weeks. After 4 weeks they say they never said 4 weeks and it supposed to be 4-6 weeks. Now it's 6 + weeks and now they don't respond to calls and text messages. They post good testimonials on their web to get the business. But don't deliver. Ignoring calls and messages. Paid in advance just to be let down. What a disappointmenti used them 10 years ago and they delivered on their promises but obviously this is no longer the case and it's only to get your money.
