These people are rips offs. ALL they do is stand in line for you, nothing else what so ever. A passport costs R400 they charged me R1100 to do nothing else but stand in line for you. A first time ID is free & they charged me R700 just to stand in a que. Just go to Home Affairs early yourself, stand in line because once you are inside they call numbers randomly anyway, so it's really not worth it.
