I paid for someone to queue for me (number 12 in the queue). I reached the offices at 6.10 am to take my spot in the queue. When the offices opened at 8.00 am, the official told us that Rhonda's queueing service is *******. I was only let in at 10.00am (even after the people that arrived at the offices at 9am). Rhonda will not respond to my email requesting for a refund. This operation MUST be closed down before more people are ******!
