Passport 2000 - ************ operator

Dear Hello Peter At the beginning of 2017 I asked Passport 2000, who operate from Edenvale, Gauteng, to assist me in obtaining an unabridged marriage certificate from the notorious Department of Home Affairs. I was asked to pay R2 109.00 and which I did at the beginning of 2017. I then waited for months, in between phoning Rhonda Basson, the owner, every few weeks for an update. After waiting for over a year, and listening to one excuse after another, I finally found another agency to help, who managed to communicate with the Department and within 2 weeks I got a sms to say I could collect the Certificate. I discussed this with Rhonda and asked her to refund my money which she refused to do, citing admin expenses. Eventually she agreed to refund the greater portion of my money. This agreement was reached at the end of July 2018. I have not received a cent to date, despite advising her I would have no choice but to take the matter further. I really want to warn other people of this ************ conduct.
