No Service

After paying R 1700 in 2013 to Passport 2000 to obtain a vault copy in order to apply for a British passport, they still haven't even tried to follow up for me. <br> I had to queue at Home affairs in Edenvale for 3 hours and at Home affairs Boksburg for 3 hours, only to be told that the request had not been comp**** with.<br> It is now 2015...still waiting...!?!??!!?<br> Extremely bad servce!!!!!
