Looking for advice regarding Rhonda Swart at passport 2000

Can ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!??? Rhonda Swart is the Managing Director of passport 2000 and it is absolutely impossible to get her to respond to multiple emails, text messages and phone calls regarding personal documents of mine that she has in her posession. I am at my wits end. Can anyone offer a solution please?
