Falsely advertise Passport services after new law

BREACHING CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. Passport2000 in Edenvale is guilty of false adverti*****t. Consumers pay them for Passport services when in fact all they provide is a person to stand in the queue until you arrive (AFTER THEY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU to apply for your passport), Their person leaves you without explanation then you're 'on your own'. You pay R700 (CASH) per person for this 'service'. According to the new immigration law no third party is allowed to apply for passports on behalf of another person (SA citizen on non-SA citizen). Consumers are being ****** by Passport2000 due to false adverti*****t. I'm a widow with three children and lost R2100 as a result of this. I have also consulted 'Die Beeld' and am desperate and commited to get my money back. If there is anyone that can assist me in this regard, please advise. Home Affairs told me that Passport2000 is not allowed on their premises and that Passport2000 can't assist any consumers with passports since the new immigration law/act was put in place. I have received a response in writing from Passport2000 and aim to proceed with legal action. BE WARNED FELLOW CONSUMERS!
