Great Service and going the Extra Mile

I have been meaning to write this for a while since this happened months ago but unfortunately I guess it is true what they say, we are easier to complain than compliment. Better late than never.<br> <br> I placed an order from their online store but somehow missed the field where I could enter my discount code that I received from a previous purchase. I mailed them after the purchase was placed and they immediately responded and said they would add some free merchandise worth more than what the discount would have been. <br> <br> When the package arrived I received my order plus a great free gift. Thanks Guys great service.
