Bad service and appalling customer care. Paru Auto

Our business used Paru Auto to replace a Hyundai H100 engine last month. After returning the vehicle back to us the new engine leaked oil. When we asked how long it will take to fix the leak which was their mistake, their workshop manager was rude and non committal. When we eventually received the vehicle back the cooling unit fan broke which was due to a bolt on the back pulley not being fastened properly when they worked on the engine the first time. This was gross negligence from Paru Auto. We are dissatisfied with not only their workmanship but their attitude towards their customers from their management. Their website says : "Friendly staff will be awaiting you", but in reality, the way they treated us as a customer is appalling. We will not be going back and will not recommend them.
