Poor service

What bad service! First time ordering with partynet online, i ordered on Saturday 25Jan received an email order confirmation of my order saying that they will check stock availability and confirm stock availability soonest.... Wednesday 29th Jan still no feedback from partynet regarding my order, i phone them to follow up and was answered that the stock i ordered is not available and can't be ordered in from the supplier as the line gas been discontinued! #shock!

I request my order to be cancelled, i phoned in again 6th February requesting a cancellation letter of my order / any form of proof that my order was cancelled so that i can forward it to my bank to release my funds from partynets order....

Again no feedback, not a call, not even a simple email with an update!

My event is due in less than 2 weeks and my funds is held up because of poor service!!

I will not recommend making use of their website
