Failure to keep a promise

They don't deserve any of the stars. They are the worst people to deal with. They failed to keep their promises by sending me a letter confirming they reversed my CC transaction after many attempts of me trying. Never had I received such pathetic service. I will never refer anyone to this place. I read all their reviews and none of them were positive.
