Bad service

I previously ordered from Partynet and was happy with the service that I received. I am all for supporting local businesses during this time,hence me placing a second order with them. I was informed that my order would be dispatched last week Friday but to date have not received a tracking number, no response to my emails requesting this and the telephone line is not available. I understand that Covid has placed some strain on business in terms of delivery but then at least have the decency to communicate this with your customer.
