CATERING COMPANY DID NOT REFUND ME AFTER I CANCELLED 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE

Please do not use this company for any event! I booked equipment for my wedding, when I cancelled the equipment 3 days beforehand I was told I need to pay 50% cancellation fee. Then I NEVER received my refund. You can phone, email, my husband even went to his premises and then he hides and the household answers!! Pathetic!!!! Of course Im not going to leave it here, its the principle!!
