Party spot verses Westpack

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received from party spot. However, the staff are friendly and very helpful...its the owner that has polices in place that are not too user friendly. Unfortunately, I was not able to return any unused/ unopened products and get my money back. You can only get a voucher, which is fine if you intend to go back. I don't want to go back there as I do a lot of events plus parties and need to be able to return what isn't used. (I don't always know how much space I am allocated for the set up and therefore need to buy more incase there's extra space - you can't have too little at a party! I don't over buy by a lot, but sometimes there are a few too many items; to rather be safe, not sorry!). In this case, Westpack is absolutely awesome and very user friendly. As I said, the staff at party spot are very helpful, it's just the policies higher up that are not conducive to my events business. I'll shop at Westpack instead.
