Party Spot Northgate Poor Service

Party Spot at Northgate have no sense of customer satisfaction. If the store closes at 18:00 and there’s customers inside the store they need to make sure that the doors are closed so that no one comes in and they must serve whoever else that’s still in the store. This was not the case yesterday, when 18:00 hit, they closed the store switched off the lights and proceeded to leave. I had to now leave my basket with the decor for my child’s birthday. I am severely disappointed and have been greatly inconvenienced since that was the only time I had to buy items before my son’s birthday party.
