I hired a jacuzzi for my daughters party and it came an hour before the party started , I had spoke to Liezell (who is the booking agent I believe ) weeks before , her stuff members were the ones who informed me on the day that it needed to be heated for 24 hours before use . She never never communicated that with me , I had to still Message her regarding this matter , she further said that it needed 10 hours of which I didn’t have because the Jacuzzi was brought to us only an hour before.

Her stuff was really friendly and they were as confused and I was . It really was disappointing to get such service from this company .
