Terrible service, late, unprofessional, bad customer service! I Experienced the following with this company and would like to warn other customers from doing the same: 1) We paid up front 2 weeks in advance only to be called 5pm the night before asking if we can change our order since they were out of stock of the flavours we had Pre- ordered a month in advance and paid in full 2 weeks in advance. 2) I get called by the driver who is 30min late only to discover he is at the wrong venue despite sending the company the correct venue on the quote. 3) despite setting up before hand the slush puppy was not only not prepared in time and still watery when our guests arrived, 4) The wrong flavoured slush puppy was delivered! We ordered straw berry daiquiri, mojito and margarita but instead received a Green and 2 yellow mixtures definitely not the Red straw berry daiquiri or Clear mojito and margarita mixture we ordered. 5) Further we ordered extra to refill the machines but these extra mixtures were also not delivered.

After the event the company was very reluctant in replying or amending the errors made. Very Disappointed with this unprofessional service! STAY AWAY!
