******!!! DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM

If there was zero I’d give zero!!! Do not hire from party rentals PTA owned by Rudi Visagie! I ordered a 3 barrel slush machine and upon delivery I asked the operator if he would switch it on for us and his answer was a straight “no” and left. I switched the slush machine on and the 3rd barrel wasn’t working.

I called Lezanne (staff I was dealing with) and she told me that she was going to send her guy with another machine. He never showed up. Because I was scared to further damage the machine, i didn’t switch it on any further therefore I didn’t use the machine.

I called to complain and I only got refunded R200 after 1 month whereas I paid R1300 for the machine and the owner claimed the other 2 barrels were working fine! I did not get to use the machine regardless!!!

They are absolute ******, absolutely appalling & I’m disgusted in them and I will continue to write reviews for people to not hire from them.
