Bad Payer

<p>In February 2017 we left goods at Party ******s in Pretoria on a promise that that they would make payment. After contacting them - they blatently REFUSE to make payment which means that our company needs to go to court on a civil claim. Surely if you take stock from someone - you make payment ? They dont acknowledge emails or letters of demand. They dont even respond to sms's sent or calls.</p>
