To all moms looking to book a deco service provider for a kid/kiddies party.

Please DO NOT use Joelene Thring Cochrane based in the Greenwood Park Area for the following reasons:

1. No interest in party specifics after payment is made 2. For public area party venues, insists that the Customer be present from 08:00 on day of party to watch goods after set No flexibility, instead makes threats to do the bare minimum for party set up. Which was the case for me. 3. Indicated that pick up will be done by 4, collection of goods were done at 5:30 with no apology to date. 4. No customer focus instead behaves like she is doing you a favour 5. Incorrect party set, with no apology or refund offered 6. Deco was dirty 7. Set up was dated, most of the table settings were not used for this reason.

She did not make the party planning process seamless instead added unnecessary stress and strain to me as the customer.
